HOW TO USE: Put 1 tea bag in a cup of boiled water, cover and let it steep for 10 minutes or until dark in colour, remove tea bag and enjoy. The longer you let it steep, the more effective the cleanse will be. Start from 10 minutes and work up to 30 minutes! You can always add honey or lemon as a natural sweetener if needed!
